Rosie & Robbie

Rosemary Sandercock and Winnifred Robinson (Robbie) worked for AMREF or as it was known when they started, the flying doctor service.

Rosemary and Robbie (Sister Winifred Robinson) became a legend with the Maasai community throughout Kenya and parts of Tanzania, through their remarkable teamwork over twenty years.

Dr. Paul Zuckerman, Board member of both AMREF (African Medical Research and Education Foundation), Nairobi, and AMREF U.K.

They lived and worked in Nairobi, Kenyan for many years from the 1960s before also completing assignments in other African countries finally retiring to peaceful Norfolk, England.
